Sales Manager (сhilled products / worldwide)

Adros Baltija client is a leading producer of premium class fish products. Since 2019 company is working with customers around the globe: US, Canada, Australia, Israel, European Union. Company is providing their products for the largest trade networks, restaurants, retail and the HoReCa sector. They are actively participating in the most influential food exhibitions in the world 3-5 times a year: Japan, Dubai, Spain etc.

The company is looking for a

Sales Manager,

who will be responsible for selling the company’s products and negotiating with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • to research a new market development opportunities and to follow market trends and changes;
  • to analyze competitors;
  • to offer a vision/plan for attracting new customers;
  • to search and create a new client network via email / phone calls / personal meetings, selling company products;
  • to prepare a presentation and proposals to customers;
  • to maintain high-quality long-term relationships with existing and new customers;
  • to increase sales in existing and new markets and achieve established sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales within the seafood, meat, or milk production industry (chilled products) and B2B segment;
  • understanding of the chilled products market and its production specifics;
  • excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • initiative, aim, and result orientation;
  • Latvian language knowledge, and excellent knowledge of English and Russian for communication with international clients;
  • ability to work with a computer and documents.

  • fixed salary from 1500 to 3000 EUR net (2040 – 4230 EUR gross) and bonus, depending on the performance and financial results, which can be discussed during the interview;
