Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new clients, conduct negotiations, sell company services, and provide support until the opening of accounts or the conclusion of deals for B2B products.
- Process incoming requests from the website and marketing channels.
- Analyse the market and identify new growth opportunities: explore promising niches, industries, and products that can increase the company’s profit.
- Participate in exhibitions and industry events, represent the company, and develop partnerships.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Higher education.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position within the fintech or banking sector.
- Latvian, fluent English and Russian (written and spoken) for working with international clients.
- Energetic and positive attitude, client-oriented with a focus on offering the best solutions for clients.
