Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for new clients, conduct negotiations, sell company services, and provide support until the opening of accounts or the conclusion of deals for B2B products.
  • Process incoming requests from the website and marketing channels.
  • Analyse the market and identify new growth opportunities: explore promising niches, industries, and products that can increase the company’s profit.
  • Participate in exhibitions and industry events, represent the company, and develop partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Higher education.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position within the fintech or banking sector.
  • Latvian, fluent English and Russian (written and spoken) for working with international clients.
  • Energetic and positive attitude, client-oriented with a focus on offering the best solutions for clients.

  • Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, with the possibility of remote work 1-2 days a week after the probation period.
  • Business trips (10-20%).
