Railway Equipment Installer / Electrician for Work in Germany

Main responsibilities:

• Installation, assembly, and adjustment of railway infrastructure equipment;
• Execution of tasks in accordance with deadlines and supervisor instructions;
• Preparation of written and visual (photo) reports on completed work;
• Efficient planning and organization of working time;
• Responsible handling of tools and technical equipment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction fields;
• Experience in railway infrastructure will be considered an advantage;
• Good German language skills for working on sites in Germany (communication, documentation, understanding technical materials);
• Technical education (secondary or higher) is preferred, while candidates with lower formal education will be considered if they have at least 5 years of relevant technical experience.

The company offers:

• Work in Germany on a rotation schedule: 2 months on / 2 weeks off at home;
• Covered travel expenses, transportation to sites, and accommodation;
• International health insurance from the first working day;
• Paid annual leave — 30 working days (6 weeks);
• All necessary tools, materials, and personal protective equipment;
• Competitive salary: €3,000–€3,500 net starting pay (depending on qualification) with a transparent bonus system, allowing for total earnings of up to €4,500 net;
