Website – an Internet site with the address “https://www.adros.lv”, owned by SIA Adros Baltija. Customer – a natural or legal person who uses the services indicated on the Website.
The visitor may make online payment for recruitment and training services specified on the Website, according to the prices indicated on the Website and in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
When making an online purchase, the Customer is obligated to provide valid contact information (name, surname, e-mail, telephone). In the case of mistakenly specified contact information, you need to immediately report to info@adros.lv
SIA Adros Baltija is obliged to inform the Customer electronically about the successful payment of the service (in case if the Customer’s e-mail was correctly indicated at the time the payment was made).
SIA Adros Baltija carries out processing of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Online payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit payment cards, as well as with Internet bank online payment options (JSC Swedbank, JSC Citadele Banka, JSC SEB Banka) if such technical possibility available at the time of making the online payment. Use of other payment cards or card data issued to other person for online payment is prohibited on the Website.
The actual delivery of the services purchased online, the term and the individual conditions are agreed upon with the Customer individually, after the online payment has been made. After the online payment, the cancellation of the transaction is no longer possible and the money paid by the Customer is not refunded, except in the cases referred to in these Regulations and according to the law of the Republic of Latvia.

If a system error is detected that resulted in SIA Adros Baltija receiving a higher payment for the services than it was necessary at the moment the purchase was made, the Customer may apply with a written application to SIA Adros Baltija within 5 (five) business days after payment and, after clarifying the circumstances, the wrongly paid amount will be returned to the Customer. If the party involved in another online payment process, for example a bank or a card processing centre, is being guilty of wrong payment SIA Adros Baltija will try to help recovery of improperly collected money, and if the amount of wrongly collected money was received from the guilty party, SIA Adros Baltija will return it to the Customer.
