Step 1. Determining goals and tasks
Consultants from Adros Baltija meet a customer to clarify the goals and tasks of the evaluation. At this step, 10 to 15 target forecasts are made for each candidate considering all the matters that may be of interest to the customer.
Step 2. Interviewing and testing
A candidate to be tested is invited to a 40 to 60-min competence interview. Asking questions based on the preliminary competence model, we will determine whether the specialist has the skills necessary for quality work performance. Then, an employee will undergo testing depending on his/her position.
Step 3. Processing and receiving results
After step two, the results are processed. Special software that we use counts the score gained by an employee and compares it to the profiles of other successful specialists in this area. As a result, the employer gets an employee’s complete performance review on three pages.
Step 4. A final meeting of the employer and consultants from Adros Baltija
Upon results of the evaluation, a verbal report on a candidate’s professional aptitude, possible risks associated with his/her personal qualities, as well as recommendations for improving his/her performance are provided. At the employer’s request, our consultants also may send the results of the evaluation to an employee and interview him/her with regard to the strengths and weaknesses and give recommendations for professional development.
