Site Supervisor (project based)

Adros Baltija client, SINTEC UK LTD, is an international mechanical and electrical installation contractor specialising in conveyor equipment and industrial automation systems. Founded in 2006, the company delivers projects worldwide for brands such as Amazon, Nike, BMW, Volkswagen, Porsche and many others, with over 200 completed projects across Europe, the USA, the UK and the UAE.

Due to the expansion of its project activities, the company is looking for a Site Supervisor – a professional ready to represent SINTEC UK directly at client sites around the world and take on projects of international scale.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the team and subcontractors directly on site
• Controlling electrical and mechanical installation processes in accordance with technical documentation and client standards
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and security regulations on site
• Maintaining project documentation and preparing daily reports for the project manager
• Acting as the main company representative in communication with the client on site
• Managing materials, equipment and resources within the project budget and schedule
• Performing electrical and mechanical testing and supporting the client during equipment commissioning
• Conducting quality checks of installation works, identifying and documenting non-conformities
• Delegating tasks to team members and assessing the competencies of employees and subcontractors
• Participating in daily meetings with the client and resolving current site issues

Candidate requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2–3 years of project management experience in industrial electrical or mechanical installations and automation
• Proficient English and Russian, both written and spoken
• Valid driving licence
• No restrictions on travel to the UK or USA
• Client-focused approach with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Leadership qualities and team management skills
• Additional certifications in electrical safety and health & safety will be an advantage

The company offers:

• Salary of €5,600-5,800 gross per month
• Project bonus after 1 year of employment
• Flights and accommodation covered during assignments
• Rotation schedule: 8 weeks on project followed by 2 weeks at home, with the opportunity to return home once a month for 2–4 days (depending on the project)
