Adros Baltija’s client, a company specializing in POS terminal software development since 2011
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop reusable and scalable software for multiple product families
- Maintain and expand software development activities
- Support and evolve software development tools
- Create technical documentation, including UML diagrams and functional specifications
- Develop automated tests to ensure software quality
Role Requirements:
- Proven competence in C++ and Python
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Git SCM, CMake
- Practical experience with Linux operating systems (user level)
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred skills:
- Practical experience with VS Code
- Experience with Docker/Podman (container creation and maintenance)
- Linux system administration experience
- Competence in C and other programming languages
Working Conditions:
- Office: Imanta, Riga (with free parking)
- Work schedule: 40h/week, flexible hours (start between 8:00 and 11:30)
- Hybrid work option: occasional home office after probation period
